If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact info@giquhome.com to inform us of the event and we'll happily assist you with a replacement. However, please note this needs to be done within 7 days upon the delivery of the order.
We unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges due to import customs procedures.
Custom-made, personalized or bespoke products will not be accepted for a return.
Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not accept exchanges.
