Received a damaged or wrong item? Just email us at info@giquhome.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
Due to customs regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Items marked FINAL SALE and personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders & Custom
For orders shipped outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark packages as “gift” or “no commercial value,” and we cannot estimate customs fees in advance. For more information, we recommend contacting your local DHL office.
